How To Use: As an adult dietary supplement, add 25 grams (approx. 1/4 cup) of BodyCrunch Whey Protein crunchies to your morning oatmeal or yogurt. Dare to be different and get creative. Add BodyCrunch to soups, cereals, muffins, puddings, pancakes or your other favorite baking and diet recipes.

1 1/2 c. old fashioned oats
1/4 c. flax meal
1/2 c. oat bran
1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. baking soda
1/4 t. sea salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped dates or raisins
1/2 medium zucchini, shredded
1 medium carrot, shredded.
1 c. BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies - Cocoa or Natural Flavor
1 t. vanilla
1 egg beaten
2 T. honey
1/3 c plain fat free greek yogurt
2 T. canola or light olive oil
Set over to 350 degrees. Line cooke sheets with parchment paper. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl, leaving BodyCrunch aside until late. Shred zucchini and carrots and add dry ingredients to coat. Stir in chopped dates. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well. Add BodyCrunch and stir to continue. If you use natural flavor BodyCrunch, you can also add 1/4 c. chocolate mini morsels at this time. Carefully shape into 2" balls and place on cookie sheet. Dough will be sticky. Press to flattten with the back of a spoon dipped in flour, if necessary, and bake for 20-23 minutes or until lightly browned and set. use your own judgement for this. Cool for a few minutes before transferring to rack.
1 1/2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c golden flax meal
1 T. chia seeds
1/2 c. BodyCrunch Whey Protein Crunchies - Cocoa or Natural Flavor
1/4 c. light olive oil
1/3 c. firmly packed light brown sugar or 2 tbs. Splenda Brown sugar blend.
1 large egg
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/4 creamy or chunky style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Combine flour, flax meal, chia seeds and baking soda in a bowl. Set aside. Beat together sugar, oil, banana and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and beat well. Grdually add flour mixture and combine until dough forms. Stir in BodyCrunch whey Protein Crunchies. Form dough into 1" balls and place on cookie sheets about 2" apart. Press with a fork to slightly flatten. Bake about 10 minutes or until edges are golden. Place on wire racks to cool.
