For a Full Refund (Ingestible Items/Supplements): * Customer must contact information center and request return authorization * Customer must possess original receipt of purchase. * Provide reason for return * Product must be unopened, unused, and original packaging seal must be in tact * All returns/ refund requests must be received within 14 days of purchase * All returns will be refunded less a 7% restocking fee * Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Absolutely No C.O.D. returns will be accepted, products will be refused. No returns/ products will be accepted without Return Authorization Code. For a Partial Refund (Ingestible Items/Supplements): * Customer must contact information center and request return authorization * Customer must possess original receipt of purchase. * Provide reason for return * 95% of original product content must be remaining. * Remaining 95% of original product must be unopened/ untampered with. * All returns/ refund requests must be received within 14 days of purchase * All returns will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee * Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. How to Return an Item * Please read the above conditions. Above conditions must be satisfied in order to further process your return/ refund as appropriate * Put merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was originally shipped and received by customer * Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the items/ items being returned * Write RETURN on the top of the packing slip and indicate which items are to be returned * Address the box to the address given to you by the information center when you received your Return Authorization Code * Ship using the carrier of your choice We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
